Bella Italia - Center Parcs Whinfell
We were at this restaurant in September (forgot to leave a review) and I just wanted to say how brilliant the food was, but moreover the service we received from Cristina (I'm sorry if I've spelled this wrong) was amazing. Very friendly and even went above and beyond for myself after finding out it was my birthday, got a small cake and even got the robot to sing happy birthday which my daughter loved!! Thank you so much again.

Christiana made us feel very welcome. Great sense of humour and good service. Very attentive and was really good with Brandon introducing him to the BellaBot. We had a lovely lunch and Christiana took great care of us. We will definitely visit again.

Bella Italia - Center Parcs Whinfell
Food was lovely and came hot and quickly even though it was busy. Our waitress Christiana was absolutely lovely and very attentive to us. My kids loved theServing robots. Nice atmosphere, good amount of choice on the menu. I was a little frustrated I can’t use my BlueLight discount here, but that’s no fault of the staff working there.

Bella Italia - Center Parcs Whinfell
The food here was very nice. The pasta is cooked well and nicely seasoned. Prices are in line with what you expect to pay for a family of 3 or 4. Sadly I had to reduce a star because the service wasn't to the standard I expected. The staff were slow to take our order and when it came to ordering dessert, we were told a menu would be brought to our table but 15 mins later, it was nowhere to be seen. Our waiter was taking orders from other tables and must have forgotten us. Because our little one by this time was getting bored & tired, we complained and asked for the bill. Thankfully the child meal was removed (otherwise we would have paid for 3 courses and only got 2). If service could be improved during busy periods, this would be a 5 star review

Bella Italia - Center Parcs Whinfell
We enjoyed a lovely meal in Bella Italia Whinfell center Parcs yesterday and we were not disappointed. The food was served very hot and our server Vika was very pleasant and attentive. She even took 5 mins out to chat with us! We will be back again on Thurs for another meal. Can't wait....thank you Bella Italia keep up the fantastic work ;-)

We normally only ever give four stars for any activity. However the service was 1st class. Really fun waitress who made it in her way to serve us exceptionally well. She pitched her service to match our mood. We loved it.

The food was AMAZING. Chefs kiss. Amazing food on an amazing break. But I’ll never forget our waiter Mike. He was our star. Suggested us good wine and made our dinner memorable with good hospitality.

Food wasn't good. Pizza came out cold when we told the server they asked if we would like it warmed up or a new one! Pasta was very greasy burger and sweet potato fries were bland. Overall an expensive below average meal. We won't return next time we come to center parcs
