Charger faulty, only working at 68kWh, not the advertised 120kWh.But still billing at the full speed price.Contact them, they need to pay you the difference.They are advertising a service and a price for that and failing to deliver it so it's breach of contract.They will give back the difference in price, when they are pushed.

Good app and rate of charge, let down by the location being extremely busy and normal vehicles not respecting the charging bays

Decent rate of charge. Put about 16kWh into the battery over a period of 24 minutes. Might have been quicker if the battery was nearer 0% (was at about 50% when I started charging). App gives good information about availability, just wish it would take the payment from account automatically after charging instead of me having to manually press pay now. Slightly pricey at 75p per kWh. Guess you pay for convenience. Right near to Aldi and McDonalds so handy to charge when you shop or eat.
