Went there for a passport photo. Everything was so quick but I would say the lady who was clicking my pics was little in hurry and didn’t pay much attention to my questions.. or did not look happy when I asked to retake the pic. Found it not friendly.

The worst place to take photos of identities! The person in charge of taking photos is rude, not at all competent or professional! To avoid absolutely!

Super bad service, the attitude is like I owe her 5 mil. She refused to do a retake. All she did is pressing the shutter once, idk where she got the confidence to treat people like that smh. Also very expensive.

Terrible. I went there to get a picture to renew my French passport - all the photo booths in the area were broken/not taking card payments. The guy told me he could do it no problem and charged me 15 pounds for 4 pictures. The lady at the ambassy took one look at the picture and told me it wasn't valid ... Don't waste your money!
