The staff are so knowledgeable, very helpful and explained things is simple to understand terms .my son is autistic, but he wanted to sort out problems with his ipad and iPhone on his own with Me just there for support, the man helping his was great and worked with my son ,helping him and given him advice and checked my son understood everything before we left

These brilliant people replaced a faulty battery in my iphone 13 today and did a top notch job.I only get repairs done by Apple.Thank you Apple,Plymouth!

Tom went above and beyond to help me fix my mac and work out the best options for me. All the members of staff who spoke to me were really friendly and kind. Really grateful, thank you!

Had the pleasure of being assisted by the legend in the cap at the Genius Bar. He was extremely helpful and kind, I didn’t feel like I properly expressed my gratitude at the time so would like to do it now.

Guy who served me today (bald-ish guy) was extremely rude to me. All I wanted to do was buy an Apple Watch and yet apparently I couldn’t do that. He even told me to go to John Lewis instead.. what kind of Apple employee does that? Definitely won’t be coming back here. So so rude. I also had to make 95% of the conversation. Very uncomfortable.

Attended the genius bar to seek a repair for a small crack in the camera lens of my iPhone 14plus, was met with the advice of 'get a replacement through amazon or pay to replace the phone'. Spent 15minutes of my time with an 'assistant' who did nothing but talk over me, asking me questions he then would not let me answer as he was rudely interrupting me each time I attempted to speak. When the manager eventually came over he added nothing to the conversation & also offered the advice of getting an amazon replacement. If I wanted an amazon replacement I would not have booked an appointment. Will now take the trip to an Apple store elsewhere to seek a replacement phone without the hassle of rude staff.

Decided to go have my laptop fixed after a year of having a broken laptop, and they were really kind and said it was for free for internal repairs, and they fixed it in 3 days. Everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. Thank you so much for fixing it. Really appreciated it a lot.

True to Apple Store form, Liane and Alex delivered beyond excellent customer support today. Knowledgable, really friendly, they sorted the problem with my MacBook Air set up and then helped me with an iCloud issue I had. Thank you so much Jilly
