Ramona was excellent in her communication from beginning to end. She took her time to come out and looked at my ideas with out judgement. She would actually give constructive advise as I was working on a tight budget. She answered all our questions and was willing to look into things for us.Our arrangement was clear from the beginning and she made the process a pleasant one. Ramona is very professional, friendly and helpful. She gave us good advice and listened to our ideas showing us 2D mock ups of how the extension to our house would look. She does all the background work in regard to planning permission and any restrictions and is very knowledgeable on this subject. I' am beyond happy with Ramona she has remodelled and designed my home so well, she is precise, artistic and a good listener.
