Took my hoover in for repair due to cats toy being stuck inside hoover. The lady at the shop got the toy out in 1 minute and did not charge me a penny. Would definitely recommend and use this service again if needed.

Gave her the model number and she knew the part that i needed, and 1/3rd of the cost of the manufacturer part £30 vs £90, and in stock. Excellent!

These guys are fantastic. I've used them multiple times for tumble dryer and vacuum repair/service; they've found the problem each time and given the right advice regarding repairs. Without these guys it's likely I would of thrown my appliances away and paid out for new ones.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and speedy. I took in two vacuum cleaners for repair/servicing, a Dyson & a Bosch, and they were ready for collection three days later. I would recommend.
