The best Painting and Decorating company hands down!I just want to thank the Direct Painting Group decorators for there affordable, high quality service. They have wallpapered my living room and kitchen and also repainted my bedroom for a great price. Such a pleasure to have a committed and professional team that know what they are doing! Throughout the process they gave me regular updates on how far into the job they were and ensured that I was satisfied with the end result, which I was. Will definitely be contacting this company for any work in future. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks again!

This review is coming a bit late due to a busy summer. We hired Rocco and his company to paint our entire 2-bed flat, including doors and windows. The choice at that time seemed pretty straightforward given the excellent Google reviews and the good impression we had from Rocco’s first visit to our flat.On site we had three contractors, all very friendly. Rocco’s communication via email was great, always polite and responding within the day. We also strongly appreciated the flexibility with the time.However, the quality of the finish, the care and attention to details were well below our expectations. The sanding and filling were quickly done, especially for the woodwork. The final result in the wall is alright but the woodwork is below average. Moreover, the contractors were not careful enough, despite our constant warnings, and the cleaning was not up to a good standard. To illustrate, we often had to intervene ourselves by putting masking tape in areas that should not have been painted. One day, an additional contractor came in and started to paint the bathroom without using any protective sheets at all. At the same time, we had to do lots of cleaning ourselves in the evenings (e.g. removing paint from the ceiling lighting). After completion, it took us the entire weekend to clean tiny drops of paints from the wood flooring in the living room. This was not the case in the two bedrooms, where we had carefully put our own dust sheets beforehand to protect the new floor.Unfortunately, given the previous reviews, we were expecting much higher standards. Our experience wasn’t in line with those and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.

I had booked in for someone to come around and do the wallpapering of one of our rooms however on the day no one showed up. I haven't been able to get hold of anyone since and no one seems to be responding too me. Complete waste of time and as a result we are now having to go through the whole process again but with someone else. DO NOT USE.

Top work from the team. Super professional, really great to deal with and they were kind enough to redo some work for free because there was a miscommunication in how it was done. Thanks so much.

Did a £18,000 job for us in Richmond and we paid in full before they finished and since then Rocco has not replied and has others answering the calls taking messages.DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY IN ADVANCE!!

Having always decorated my own homes, I was in doubt about whether hiring a company to help with my new home would be best however, I am so pleased I called in Rocco and his team and will never try to decorate myself again. Our job started and finished on time, went very smoothly with lots of really useful updates along the way, we're so happy with the finish and our home is now completely transformed! Rocco and his team painted the interiors throughout our 3 bed home this autumn.From start to finish, we were delighted with the service we received. Rocco was extremely communicative and flexible, given the constraints of Covid.Costs were competitive - there were cheaper quotes but we went based on the reviews and weren't disappointed. Work was carried out to a very high standard.Would highly recommend and would use again if we ever needed painting done.

Rocco and his team were speedy and courteous. Transformed our place giving us exactly the look we had hoped for. The only occasion there was a miscommunication (inevitable on a full house renovation) it was worked to be resolved quickly and painlessly and ended up working out for the better anyway. I have engaged the services of Rocco Falzon and his colleagues at the Direct Painting Group to fully paint and decorate my new apartment in a Grade II listed Victorian building. Originally, the apartment did not present any decorative or historical features, compared to the outside of the building, while my desire was to design a classic yet modern space by including some Victorian elements (e.g. Decorative ceiling cornices, Victorian-inspired wall paint colors). The main goal was to make my apartment as beautiful/decorated as the historical facade of the building was.I am extremely satisfied with the work of the Direct Painting Group, and especially by their professionalism and attention to detail, which were fundamental in a project involving a Grade II listed building.Rocco Falzon provided advice on installing some Victorian-inspired cornices on the ceilings throughout the flat, and in further decorating the living room with a ceiling centre. He also provided suggestions on the most appropriate color shades for each room, creating a color palette throughout the apartment that was perfectly in line with my aim to achieve a Modern-Victorian style.The Direct Painting Group team worked tirelessly and was in a constant communication with me, providing daily updates on the progress made and inviting me several times to point out any snag/issue so that they could promptly fix it. Each member of the team was extremely friendly and happy to help every time needed help with minor chores such as changing some light bulbs, as well as taking down curtains/curtain tracks and putting them back up.I would highly recommend the Direct Painting Group to anyone who would need to paint and/or decorate their home, especially should the home be in a historical building like in my case. Be sure that Rocco and his team will do a fantastic job at preserving/reinstating any historical feature or achieving the finish and look that you are aiming for, with outstanding professionalism and attention to detail!-M.D.
