Lloyds Bank

Bad bad badWait 20 minuts to deposit some money, as you know is no parking areas and i run twice to the car to make sure i did not had a penalty and guess what? 35£ because no one was there to serve only one person in the balcony and two outside. Came a gentleman trying to help but was not enough.. really really upset with lloyds and thats why i will leave them.

I have been banking with Lloyds over 18 years, I have never had problem. However 3 weeks ago wanted to set up a online banking,they said the code will be send by post in 3 weeks nothing came.Went to branch today and asked for help so called the Manager Emma Bishop" had appauling attitude. Refuse to accept my official complain

Lovely branch, peoppe here are very helpful. Had an issue with account, couldn't work it out, crew explained me what I am supposed to do in clear way. Great experience, will come back.

Not only very friendly staff, but also let me tell you how kind this was in comparison to other banks: When I came to England in 2018 from Germany, no other bank wanted to give me an account with them. It wasn't about the amount of money I had, but more about the typical problem at the beginning, that you don't have a room yet and therefore it's hard to get the proof of address at the beginning. While other banks did have issues with my proof once I finally had a room, Lloyds was wonderful here in accepting it to get a bank account to receive my monthly pay from my employer. So since then I really appreciate the help here from Lloyds, great work!

Helpful guy asked each queuing customer his/her subject and shortened their waiting time where he was able to help. Clean friendly and efficient.

This branch is one of the traditional town centre banks in a lovely Old building but with all the modern facilities you'd expect. The staff are helpful although it can get very busy at times. Front entrance has steps, although there is level access from the street at the side.

Staff always ready to help and spend some more time if needed. Professional and friendly always! Thank you for such a great customer service

The lady who attended me was very nice, she treated to understand what Iwas saying and speak slowly. The agtency haas 2 cash machines and wifi, plus the attend fast.
