Popped by while on a sight seeing trip and very helpful staff met us at the door and directed us to the cutest little shop. I say shop, but it's really just an outdoor cupboard, with shelves of biscuits and a money tin. You can select what you want from the shelves and thet trust that you will pay accordingly, by paying funds into the tin.

Outstanding customer service - I emailed a product query and received a detailed, courteous and helpful reply from the director within the hour, together with a generous goodwill gesture. It's so refreshing to find a firm with both an excellent product and superb customer care. Highly recommended.

I always seem to find Island Bakery biscuits when I’m on holiday in Scotland, if there were a Biscuit World Championship, the Lemon Melt biscuit would be supreme overall Champion, it is the finest biscuit I’ve ever tasted. I must visit the bakery soon. 10/10

Lovely biscuits and oatcakes, but they don't have a shop here, it's just the place where they're made. There is a small honesty box, but when we visited it was empty, so we couldn't buy any. If you want to browse their range of biscuits and buy some, you're better off visiting Isle Of Mull Cheese round the corner, they had a good range of the biscuits and oatcakes in stock when we visited their farm shop.

High quality delicious traditional shortbread cookies. I get them in Canada so they aren't cheap but what can I do? Fantastic!

Lime melts….what can I say….they taste of lime….they melt…. Can I buy a bigger box?To be honest, I quite like these and am rather glad I don’t need to share the box….oh, I am meant to share? Nope not going to happen. Currently working out a way to ‘mission impossible’ his death . may need to kill him for them…please be my alibi.Honestly these are amazing, I can still taste lime even tho I am scribing his imminent death .

The product is very tasty but you pay the same price for a much smaller snack. They used to be about 65mm dia now they are about 35mm. Sneaky ploy because the packaging is the same size.It's a pity because they are very tasty but I won't buy again.

My husband and I love Island Bakery biscuits but as there are no stockists local to us I placed a rather large order on-line. Unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery, but after emailing the Bakery and receiving a very prompt and pleasant reply from Lynne, the matter was quickly rectified. I was impressed - delicious biscuits and excellent customer service!

Great customer service from the team at Island Bakery!The Lemon Melts are delicious but unfortunately sold out at my local stockists so I made an online order. There ended up being a delay in the delivery because of the address I provided. When I called up, John was very helpful and did all he could to track the parcel which has finally arrived now. Overall it was packaged well and the biscuit boxes arrived in pristine condition.

So happy when I saw from a previous reviewer that there was an honesty box. I fell in love with these biscuits when we moved to Scotland from the states at the beginning of this year. The lemon melts are my absolute favorite dipped in hot tea. I love to lick the chocolate off. Anyways the honesty box has all the varieties (£2-3 each with a discount if more are purchased)as well as number stickers and fridge magnets that say I Love Mull. I LOVE these biscuits!!
