Dales SEAT, Scorrier

I've had my car in here for a service a few times now. SEAT don't push you for work that isn't required and the service video tour is a nice touch and comes with a comprehensive inspection report. More expensive than indy garages (hence 4 stars), but piece of mind whilst the car is still under Approved Used Warranty. Polite and friendly service from Kat on the Service Desk.

After buying a Seat Mii from a Hampshire dealership, I found myself broken down a few days later. The AA recovered me to this location and I have nothing but positive praise to give to Warren and the servicing team. They put up with our regular contact and helped with liaisons with the dealership in Hampshire and the vehicle warranty, with patience and kindness to try to get me back on the road. The car ended up being returned to Hampshire, and Dales didn't benefit at all from the situation, but they couldn't have been better to us. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience buying my Seat Ibiza from Dales. The staff were very friendly and Daniel took time in showing me the car and answering any questions. Following my purchase, I even received a follow up phone call later in the week to ensure I didn't have any queries. Went to Scorrier to see a Seat Ibiza FR I saw online, was spoken to By Daniel Cooper who showed me Car, and he gave me a good P/Exchange Price so went home and thought about it, after driving home was 90% for putting deposit on Car so when Home rang up, and we arranged a drive on Friday 24..Went like a dream. So after Daniel did all the sums and gave me some good Advice and answered everything asked from me, even put my phone up to car very helpful. He Sold me a Lovely motor Daniel Is a Good Person to deal with No pressure selling and like I said gave me good advice. Recommended. Thank You Daniel For Everything. So Pleased With The Car. Recently bought a Mazda C3 here. Andrew Arthur handled everything and he is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The sale went smoothly from start to finish. I will be keeping my car for a few years now but will continue to use Dale's for services etc. I highly recommend them.
