Extremely bad solicitors, especially Nancy, she's lost all my ex's four cases against me and I didn't even have a solicitor. Then she's trying to bill me my ex's fees of £5000. I said she'd have to sue me, I live in Spain so good luck with that one. At court yesterday the judge threw a non molestation order out in 5 minutes, Nancy then begins shouting at the judge that she'll appeal, the judge quickly put a stop to any appeal also.

Hi there, I have previos experience with this solicitors Nancy Ballard was my solicitor . I must let you know she is useless how she is a solicitor I will never know.This company Davis and Co is the worst in the universe. How they are still in business I do not believe itTh deserve minus star. I had to put a star to leave this review..P pls bear in mind THIS IS A VERY BAD ,,AND TOTALLY USELESS SOLICITOR...

Just overall appalling level of service from the mother and son legal team. Nancy Ballard and David Ballard are quite ARROGANT AND CONDESCENDING in their dealings. At best they are just rude, at worst they are unresponsive. DO NOT USE

Never felt let down by this law firm, even if things got very difficult I could totally rely on them. My wishes were always considered and never got the feeling my case wasn't led by me.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Poor service, incompetent, verypoor decor and economical with the truth. We arranged an appointment to simply read through a draft Will and one hour before the appointment, received a message asking for us to phone their offices to re-arrange as they said they were 'confused' as to when we were coming in, even though they said on the voicemail they could see we had an appointment today at 2.15pm. I phoned them 6 times and each time it rang out. When we got to their offices we were given several excuses as to why we could not be seen and were asked to make another appointment. Most unprofessional service I have ever come across. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE..1

What can I say they didn't want to talk to me or even email me back because they wasn't getting the money for me from the legal aid so be aware cos all they care about is taking ur money or the money the government give to help u. ✅Update✅It’s been nearly 2 years know and still haven’t hard a thing to i the parson who did my case was the money Worth it.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Father Mr Denizer. Please if you genuinely do need any legal matters to be sorted… DO NOT use Davis Solicitors. I have had first hand experience with Nancy Ballad & I must say the service she provides is absolutely appalling. She will only make contact with you when she wants money, she does not reply to any of her emails & to make matters even worse she hadn’t sent my case papers to the court. She had lied to myself & she had also lied to the court. How this company still has not been shut down is beyond my knowledge. I will be taking action with the law society to ensure that her license is revoked.This company lacks communication with their clients & only knows how to take money.Keep away from here!

Avoid avoid avoid. Most stressful experience dealing with the firm for a simple first time buyer conveyance. It was so bad the sellers solicitors threatened them with legal action. I should have cut my losses and walked away...

Avoid - Made a big mistake of booking an appointment with this firm. Needed simple ILA so made an appointment. Awful looking office but more so rude and threatening staff and that was just at reception. The solicitor was in an internal meeting and I was told I have to wait despite it being 15 minutes over my appointment time. In the end we walked out and went to another firm who I am glad to say were a professional law firm. Awful experience. AVOID.
