The member of staff we spoke to didn't know her stock. We saw what we wanted on the shelf as we were leaving.

Went to buy two dinner services today the Oslo along with mugs fondue set etc .... to be totally ignored with 3 people behind the counter just talking. Sale lost

After a top 10 review recommended ProCook Micarta knives as the best within a modest budget for chef knives I checked them out.Firstly they were right. Well balanced, very sharp and excellent value.I intended to buy one and instead bought a set with an American Oak magnetic block.The knives have been raved about here by all 4 of the adults in the house that have used them. The block works well and has allowed us to make a feature of the knives right in the centre of the kitchen table.In the end when the set arrived I realised like a chump I'd chosen a set without the 8 inch chef knife I actually originally wanted to buy. The kind lady I called at ProCook was incredibly helpful and had that out to me the next day on an additional order.So. Excellent knives, superb service and exceptional value. A great recommendation for a quality experience.

Everytjme I visit Portsmouth I pop into ProCook, I wish I has tonnes of money to buy everything all great quailty

Recently ordered a pizza stone. Arrived on Tuesday. within first use it cracked. I contact care department regards issue. No response. Very disappointed as I like the other items and shop.*** Response finally come. I was offered a replacement which has arrived.

Well stocked, very clean and tidy. Bargains too be had fairly priced.
