If I could put 0 as a rating I would. Be warned there is a personal trainer who rents the gym who is a con artist he will sweet you up and rip you off by not turning up for your lessons and then not refunding you your money I cannot say his name but his initial is L.The other PT's that work for Tudor Grange are fine just not him don't trust him AVOID AVOID AVOID

You get what you pay for here.Gym and pool average for a a budget gym. As for the cleanliness of the place that’s defiantly below standard. Men’s changing room & showers not cleaned this week and smell!Probably Will reply with a statement that they are cleaned daily…..pictures don’t lie.

It’s great for swimming lessons but the management of reception is appalling. There is regularly no one on reception and long queues of people waiting. Particularly on a Saturday when all of the swimming lessons are taking place. When you do get to see someone they’re too busy messing about with their colleagues to take your enquiry seriously or listen properly to what you’re saying. It is surprising and a shame because it’s such a busy leisure centre, it could be a real success.

I went in to have a look around to see what the facilities were and get a feel for the place.Well if the staff had been more interested in the customer I might have considered it. I would suggested that the staff be given an input in customer care but it was actually the duty manager that completely ignored us ! Needless to say I will be going to Bannatyne after all.

You need more than one person at reception - I’ve been waiting for 15 mins and when I when the team leader spoke to me he was so rude like the swimming instructor. I’ve also called the swimming baths a few times and they never answer. They don’t even deserve one star as the floor by the swimming pool and changing area is full of hair and dirt.

I went to sort out my membership, unfortunately at this time I'm on universal credit, and because there wasn't an option (on the application form) to show my situation I had to be there in person. When I've mentioned the UC and the large discount (that was on the info with the application), the 'sell manager' looked at me like he was discussed. There were 2 people wanting just behind me, and i felt so embarrassed when he started to repeat what I just said about the discount and how I'm wrong about that because is a different price. Bifor I've left I've mentioned that the information needs an update and that I can't afford at this time. I was so disappointed, in the way home I had the impression that I would pass out. I've walked from my home to the leasure centre it took me 45 min one way, just to save money. Money is very tight but mange to buy pair of trainers bifor I've entered the leasure centre today, £34,00. I'm not completely deflated about working out, but the lease centre will have to wait for my resources to 'circle back'. You will probably say go for a run" and all is good if I'll be younger

Swimming areas nice and clean, however we have now stopped our childs swimming lessons as there wasn't enough progression. Too much toy play. Shame as it's a good swimming set up for children.Park is well kept and clean, 3hrs free parking but you STILL have to display a ticket

Very disappointed its no longer a full public swimming pool. It's only fully public at weekends. So not worth using in the week unless you book a private/public swimming lesson. So in school holidays check out other swimming pools for kids as there are better pools in the area with lots of activities included, wave machines water slides etc. Staff were friendly and polite but in as much as to state that it wasn't a public baths unless your taking lessons.
