My niece has just been and tried the most beautiful prom dresses in care of the lovely Lois.. nothing was too much for her.. she really was professional and welcoming. My niece came away with the dress of her dreams at a really amazing price.I recommend this store 100% for elegance and quality.

Shocking experience!!! Rang up to ask will they be still open and will be there in 35 minutes, when we arrived was directed to the left of the shop, to look at prom dresses, then was told turn right as that's where the prom dresses are, girl in there had no clue not helpful at all!!. She just said these prom dresses are £85 and you pick off shelf and then wondered off, no help or guidance she was very very rude, walked off and didn't come acknowledge us after that we had to keep getting dresses and giving themmy daughter to try on, I'm 5ft 2 and had to keep reaching high, honestly don't go there if you want a prom dress! Just left us too it not good when you have a small petite girl to buy for!! SHOCKING TREATMENT
