Fantastic experience with Dominique who valued the property and got it on the market for us. She was the most professional and proactive of all the agents we met and her sales team was great in doing viewings, finding a buyer and then another after the first sale fell through. The sales progression team is another story entirely. There was a total failure to progress the sale and make sure solicitors were doing their jobs which meant a sale to a first time buyer dragged on for weeks and weeks longer than either side hoped and we incurred unnecessary additional insurance and council tax costs. In the end we took over all progression directly with the buyer and cut the agents out. It was only then that we saw progress and completion within less than 2 weeks. Would never do business with this branch again as a result. The panel solicitors they recommended were also completely awful and should be avoided (Gilson Gray). WHB took no responsibility for this recommendation and were not interested in hearing feedback on our experience.

I don’t think I can thank Sophia enough! She helped us get our perfect first home, answered all our questions, was open, honest and transparent about everything! Sophia made sure we were happy with whatever choices we made, and made them with the understanding we needed. Being first time buyers, and doing it through auction felt like jumping in at the deep end till we spoke with Sophia. And she wasn’t going to let us loose the house we fell in love with. I highly recommend Sophia as a mortgage advisor, she has helped guide me through a not so straightforward purchase while making sure I was kept up to date with the progress of things. Excellent customer service, I won’t use anybody else!

We arranged our mortgage through Sofia Graham, we feel 5 star's isn't enough, due to our circumstances we were given a limited time frame to have a mortgage set in place, Sofia went above & beyond and managed to get everything sorted well within the time frame meeting all our requirements. I was promised that I wouldn't be out of pocket should my house sale fall through, unfortunately after 6 months of hassle my sale collapsed after my seller pulled out. I was left with an £800 bill with nothing to show for it! Don't be taken in with their false promises, the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with!!

During house hunting, Charlie was so helpful and pro-active which made a stressful time much less so. She kept in regular contact with me and was always cheerful and positive at every step.

Exceptionally Poor Service.You get passed from pillar to post. Really incompetent and lazy staff, slow processes and systems. As a landlord I dont have time to chase them continuously for things they should have sorted out weeks ago. They let the property to a person who trashed the flat and now I am struggling to get my deposit back.

Absolutely avoid this company if you are considering renting a property. The service is shocking at best and have literally lost over two thousand pounds with terrible management. I opted for a fully managed product and as it’s spit through H Browns and Sequence that they don’t even communicate with one another and then blame it on the other department. Please please look for other letting agents and save countless days of stress.

Charlie came out to value our house and explained the process with great detail. We got a viewing straight away and an offer too. The communication and help we got Annette Lucy and others was amazing. No question was too big or silly.
