These guys act like they genuinely enjoy their job and it's great to see. Real enthusiasm from the Marshalls and a fun safety briefing. Service was outstanding, friendly and interested staff. Price was good and they were understanding in upgrading me as I was injured.Fun maps with interesting rules. Great for younger players as the paintballs are pretty tame. The guns were way less powerful than in the past, as a parent that's great but as an aggressive player it can be annoying. Apart from that I had an absolute blast. Riots shields are a nice touch, I'd use them more.Thanks to the marshals for keeping it fun

We had an amazing day today at Delta Force Kegworth.. The staff are so great and enthusiastic. Sean our Head Ref was excellent ensuring we had an awesome time, along with his team and the guys in base camp. We were a group of 15 for a friend's bday and it was 100% worth it. Will definitely be back, big thanks to the team:)

Went for my daughters birthday. There was quite a few other people but organisation was fairly good. Could have had more on the cabin to buy paintballs. not the cheapest day out but fun.

Recently went here for a stag do which I had arranged for a friend of mine. I have to say I quite disappointed with how the day went.We were told to arrive at 1:30pm for briefing and the games would start at 2 pm. We got there for the recommended time only to be told we would have to wait as they were running behind, which is fine but we didn't get a game started until after 3 o'clock! The paintball packages were quite expensive as well if you really wanted to unload on people so i'd be more tactical if you're on a budget.They had clearly over booked as well as we had heard several marshal's comment on the numbers as well as hardly being able to move on the battlefields.During our second game several members of my group as well as myself had malfunctioning guns which really ruined the experience. I went to a marshal half way through a game and told him, he fobbed me off to another marshal who seemed disinterested. Eventually someone went to get more guns as others had clearly complained and I actually witnessed the marshal give my broken gun to someone else.We left by the end of game two as it was getting late and we had other plans.Overall a disappointing experience, it was fun when the action got going but doesn't warrant the price and the time management.

My son and 5 of his friends visited Delta Force at Kegworth today and had a great time. My son has been paintballing before but this time was the best, the place is well organised and friendly and I am told that the games were well controlled and a lot of fun. I thought the staff were all good but particularly the Manager, who did a great job running things.Highly Recomended.

We all had a great day, but the tickets included a meal and we were told half way through that they haven't served food in months

One marshall for games of 20vs20. May as well have not had an objective to play, just was shooting and people not going out as no one was paying attention to the game. Pretty pointless paintballing session. Very poor considering my normal annual delta force session is very good at other branches I've been to.

Not the best of experiences. The Marshals Not all) were not strong enough with health and safety or the games which decreased the enjoyment and customer service experience.On multiple occasions people on the opposing team removed their helmets. This was after the games and whilst returning to base however, this was outlined as a serious offence. Punishable by exclusion from the rest of the day. The Marshal did remind the group once but the problem frequently occurred. The same people regularly fired their guns to and from the game area. Both offences in recent years would have been taken much more seriously.The food options of chocolate or a 9 pizza were basic and over priced so taking your own food is recommended. There is however free tea and coffee.lastly the first few games had a 10 minute unlimited life period

Be extremely careful with their policy. They can cancel anytime with almost no warning and they will never return your money. They absolutely spoil my birthday after pay the full amount for the reservation. They only case scenario they give you a refund is if your relatives dies.
