This company has a great service and they help me out all the time as they look after my house. They always find a great tenant for my house which means I don’t have to worry about anything. I have received such late responses, or no responses at all to an enquiry. I am currently renting a property and when requesting information or documents that are time sensitive they don't ever send it. Ever. Or even keep me updated. The only positive is that my current landlord is a saint and is as helpful as possible and very responsive. This agency though? Not at all.

We had very negative experience moving out from one of the properties managed by HomeAway.They were trying to charge us with extra costs and keep our deposit for no reason. They didn't provide any proof and tried to threaten us.As soon as our legal representative contacted the agency, suddenly all accusations and demands stopped and we received the deposit back.To avoid at all costs!
