Not a very good experience really!! I asked for a jacket to be reserved from the Hanley branch to Festival Park But when I got there it wasn't the one I asked for and then the assistant in Festival Park asked me was I sure they rang" obviously I was!!!! And then she said "well this is the code written on here" She didn't even offer to help me in finding the right colour Her response was to give me the piece of paper back and said "I don't know what you want to do about it" There was no help at all so I just walked out Needless to say I'm not happy with the service and I won't be going back to the Festival Park branch again!!!!!! It's not even worth 1 star"

Great parking, handy having coffee place there too. Nice and light, some of it a bit tight too much stuff packed in.

I am a next fan, but would avoid this store like the plague. Staff are unmotivated and lack training in both product and seasonal items and are rude. Merchandising is badly produced, and they need a Costa in there because of the amount of time it takes to get served in ANY department in this next store! It is like walking in to an out door market and the product is little better. More is expected of next. Oh, and thinking of buy the WHITE BLANCA CORNER TV UNIT, only do so if you want to pay £399 and get something that looks as though the most it cost was £20 from b and m. It’s nasty. Tina Lloyd

Staff when we found one were eager to help. Went out of their way to get exactly what we wanted. Several purchases later we left very happy

Had a good brouse round after coffee and food at in-store Costa. Was surprised to see bed duvet on display which was obviously stained and dirty.

Not very happy,standing there waiting to get served while two women with drop off and pick up to sort themselves out,seemed to take ages..should be a separate desk for it....was going to put garment back when someone came to the till... Crazy.....

Tidy clean and well stocked. Staff attitude in general is very good. However I have experienced a surly member of staff in the recent past, fortunately another member of staff intervened apologised and rectifyed the situation.

Love the store .nice young man on the pay desk very polite .
