I used permier to go and collect a motorcycle from up country. Excellent service, polite and freindly staff, lovely new comfortable van perfect for long the journey. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend and will 100% use again in the future.

Let down by Enterprise on the Isle of Wight at the last minute. Phoned Premier Motors at 8am, James was very helpful and advised a van available at short notice. Arrived within the hour, James was very clear on walking through the agreement, thorough on vehicle handover, at start and end of hire. All in all a painless experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff. Van very good condition and proved reliable on a long journey. No negatives at all. Worth paying a bit more for the reliability.

A great service, as per usual. Car was ready on time and cleaned to a high standard. Payment and licence check with the guys on the desk was easy and swift. The young lady who showed me around the vehicle and gave me a concise overview of the controls was very pleasant and helpful. All in all, a great customer experience.

Borrowed a large car from Premiers on the Isle of Wight for a Family trip, and the service was excellent from start to finish. James made everything so easy for us, car was ready when I arrived to collect it, and I was able to drop off out of hours, which was very convenient too.

Such a great place to hire a car and I'm 100% satisfied.1. The warm welcome given by James and he handled us with a pleasant smiling face all time.2. The vehicle condition was absolutely stunning and it just looked liked a brand new enjoyed the drive3. I think the only place in Isle of wight where they are flexible with timing as most of the rental cars had 12 noon cut off time on Saturday. In returned the car @ 4.30 pm4. Very reasonable and affordable priceWhat else we need !! Loved their service so a ❤️ from me addition to 5 star
