Who designed your website? Tried to change from a 'Ms to Mr' mistake in setup, unable to without contacting your customer service (what a waste of time for both).Tried to create a new account correctly 'we recognize your login details on this account' now can't login to either. Seriously fire them and hire someone who knows what they're doing, basic website flaws like this are comical for a company of your size.

The online resolution team is outstanding. They genuinely care for their customers and go above and beyond to make them happy! I am so surprised at the service they provide every time as they are always friendly and helpful. They should get the award for retailer of the year for 2022!

I ordered items in the usual way for collection from Chester Coliseum store. I went to the store to collect my order on 22 October and it was very obvious from the small parcel I was handed that there was no way all my bulky items were inside. I requested the assistant check again at the back as I was items missing. She refused to check for my items in the storeroom. So I went straight to the till and the assistant checked my parcel and then called customer services who reordered my missing items to be delivered to my house free of charge as it was Next’s error!!!! I was told my refund would be made within the week!!!! I have never received my refund. It is now 35 days since my items were missing. I have been fighting for it ever since.I received a letter to complete to sign to confirm the missing items. I returned via return post. The letter informed me the items had been scanned so further enquiry was necessary.I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received since. Four calls to customer services. Two emails detailing events. No refund. Has someone in Next Chester Coliseum signed for my items instead?. It’s the only explanation.I am so disappointed with the service I have received.

I went into the high wycombe branch to return some items I bought less that an hour after buying them . The lady on the checkout was incredibly rude and needs to work on her customer service. I have never felt more Uncomfortable returning items in next . Dont think I will shop in high wycombe branch again . I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there

I purchased made to order curtains for which I paid almost £300!!When the curtains arrived they were crushed and creased very badly. I left them hanging on the track for weeks and have also steamed them but the curtains look terrible.I followed up with customer services only to get a response that I need to steam iron them better!!Terrible service for such a brand with such a high price point.Very disappointed and certainly won’t be shopping with them again!!

I ordered a chase sofa from NEXT, the first one was delivered with a large pluck in the fabric and my home was damaged by the delivery people, the second one, the delivery people rolled the sofa through my home damaging it yet further and only delivered half a sofa leaving me with nothing to sit on for a week ( I am disabled) then that sofa arrived and it has not got he firm foam in it that I paid for, the fabric is faulty and within a couple of day the sofa started to creak! I have tried and tried to resolve this and have ended up forced to log a formal complaint with NEXT as no one was getting back to me when they said they would or I would get a bunch of 8 second or less missed calls from them claiming they had tried to contact me (but not at the agreed time). My home is still damaged, I do not have a sofa that I can sit on and I am about £2000 out of pocket.And don't get me started on me getting texts about someone in SUTTON COLDFIELD getting a delivery of flowers (full name, address and even a picture of the flowers on her door step!)! I'm in CORNWALL - wonder who has been getting my address texted to them!Reading the other reviews, it looks like I am not alone and the only good reviews are from members of staff!

I worked here for 21 years! it a really nice place to work.

We ordered a sofa from the store. The first delivery driver refused to come down the street to deliver it. The street was too narrow apparently. Strange that when people move in and out of the street huge removal vans can get in no bother.The sofa went back to the warehouse - when it was (re)delivered it was soaked with water and had the wrong sofa cushions. We cancelled and got a refund.Ordered a roller blind which when it arrived was the wrong size.It was ***3cm*** short on the width.Very disappointed with NEXT.

I hope somebody in Charge will read this .Is is regarding tge rather snotty and rude Staff at ur Birkenhead Branch .Who do they think they are ?Bromborough and Liverpool what a Difference ?
