Penny’s Pilates

Penny's Pilates...the only class I have ever stuck at! These friendly and well planned sessions are always varied making them great fun. Penny's patient and supportive style of teaching allows you to progress at your own pace. Her experience and knowledge is invaluable and make exercising enjoyable.

I have been doing Penny’s Pilates sessions since she started, I have attending many different instructed groups in the past but nothing as comfortable as Penny’s, she a very special way of communicating each move with you and helps you in a kind and gentle way achieve the move, the sessions are informative, yet fun and enjoyable, you almost forget you’re exercising! Thanks Pen, my Fridays wouldn’t be the same with an hour with you in the morning!!

I have been going to Pilates with Penny for nearly 2 years and love it. It’s a small class with a mixed age group. I was very nervous about doing Pilates as don’t have much confidence so I did a course of 1-1 with Penny to start with.Penny makes it fun and I have learnt so much and feel much more flexible than I was.I Look forward to going every week as such a friendly group.

I absolutely love going to Penny's classes. They are so much fun and not at all intimidating. I'm well into my 60's so can't do as much as I did when I was younger, but in Penny's classes you are always given alternative moves, which is brilliant. I really can't recomment Penny enough and anyone who is thinking about joining one of her classes will certainly not be disappointed.

Penny is absolutely incredible!! So knowledgeable and calm- her classes are wonderful!!
