Rubbish, no customer service skills, took OVER 2 months to fix head gasket, never answers his phone, never acknowledged us when we went to the garage, because he never answers his phone! Full of excuses as to why the car was never ready when he said it would be.. waited for 7 hours on the day it was supposed to be checked tested and ready to drive away Whilst water was running from under the engine..fixed other things that weren’t requested but didn’t fix what the car originally went in for.Got car back and dead again the next day. Found a great guy in Newquay who will rectify all the ‘bodges’ that PRG Ltd have done.Absolutely disgusted with PRG and their lash up of a business! Will never use them again..

Terrible, wouldn't recommend at all. Done more damage to the car than fixing the issue

If I could give these a minus I would do.. I had to walk away leaving my BMW through fear of my own safety. The man in question is the most rude, aggressive, disrespectful and sarcastic man I have ever met in my life. He had my car for nearly 6 months all in all. They charged me £700 for a job which I had to return to them quickly as it was blowing smoke and had no power. Then again charged me another £400 for which I only paid £200 for my oil leak to be fixed but was still raining oil..when I questioned him all I got was a very threatening tone. I have now unregistered my car at a loss of at least £2000..its a lot of money but I still have the messages to bring trouble to my door" my advice. STAY WELL Clear. Look forward to hearing the self indulgence. Sarcastic reply... Putting the blame firmly at my door.. I have heard it all before"

Excellent garage. Very professional and friendly. Took my car in for tyres and ended up getting a wheel bearing changed. Very accomodating and managed to fit me in despite being very busy. Highly recommended garage

Ok well I dont usually bother to do things like this but I felt I had to. took my car to prg wadebridge after having problems with gear box. and it needed a full on service cam chains and all that goes with it .plus work for mot i like my vehicle and decided to have it repaired and glad I did the work and effort that was put into it proved to be outstanding.so thanks to just prg it did take a bit longer than anticipated but that was du to getting parts.
