I can't praise the customer service provided by this company highly enough. I purchased a service kit for my Hayter mower which through no fault of theirs (Hayter's error in the manual!) the air filter was incorrect. They could not have been more helpful in trying to source a replacement and then giving a refund. Absolutely tip top!

Gave them a ride on mower to fix (it wouldn’t start). They had it 4 weeks, charged me and it still barely started. Managed to use it once and now it won’t start again. I’ll go somewhere else in future, lesson learned.

These guys really go the extra mile. I needed a petrol strimmer and leaf blower (never used petrol before) they helped me every step of the way. Kirsty from my initial contact and then Alan who gave me guidance and advice on how to use. So pleased with my purchases went back few days later and bought a chainsaw, again so helpful. I have used Marvall Services Ltd a few times and it doesn't matter who you deal with, they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and have always been fair with their prices. If a repair is going to be more than the item is worth they will call you first and give you the option of deciding. Great place.
