Donna was highly recommended to me by a family member and I'm so glad I went to see her! I wasn't even sure what I wanted, but I wanted my eyebrows to look natural and full for my wedding next year. Donna made an excellent recommendation on what I should have done. During the process she was really clear about what to expect and so friendly and kind. Going to Donna the first time I knew that I would be going back to her again for her services because of how well she caters to you and explains every single step in detail. From the process to getting your brows done to the aftercare etc. It was really easy to talk to her and ask her any questions I had about getting my brows done.Donna catered to me very well, explaining the process of how everything is done and along with having a good conversation too!I just have to add that her aftercare packaging is very lovely and excites me every time I finish my brows.I just had a recent appointment with her to get my eyebrows topped after two years of not retouching and this is how I knew that I had gone to a reliable cosmetic artist knowing that my brows lasted a very long time without having to spare extra minutes in my makeup routine to do my brows. I had an amazing experience with Donna when I got my brows refreshed recently. She is a true professional who really listens to her clients and takes the time to understand their preferences. She did an incredible job color correcting my brows and adding natural-looking color to missing areas without making them too dark.Donna's attention to detail is impressive, and she was meticulous throughout the entire process. She even made sure that I was comfortable and warm during the appointment by using a heated blanket! I just had my top-up session for my Ombre Eyebrows and I am IN LOVE with them!!! After a threading session went wrong when I was 16, it left my eyebrows as 3rd cousins twice removed. And Donna worked her magic and made them twins again. I was quite nervous prior, but during my 1st appointment Donna put me right at ease. She takes such care and attention to detail throughout the entire process. She consulted with me during the mapping stage until I was happy with the shape and offered her professional advice to guide me. It truly is a collaborative experience and Donna is THE one to go to! After spending time researching a permanent makeup artist to do my ombré eyebrows I felt confident that going ahead with Donna was the right choice and she absolutely was. Donna is extremely professional and walked me through the process ensuring that I was comfortable at every stage. She took her time during the eyebrow mapping process to outline the shape and confirm that I was happy before proceeding. I was more than pleased with the first mapped shape and did not require any further modifications.The healing process was a breeze with Donna’s aftercare plan.
