What beautiful staff that run this shop! I rang with around 20 questions regarding a bouquet, and the lady who dealt with me was an absolute dream. She made me feel at ease, she was really approachable, she didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much time, she answered every question that I had. I haven't seen the flowers yet, but the lady in question told me everything that I'd need to know, and how to store them, they even come with the beautiful vase as displayed in the photo!! The vase is made from recycled sea waste, which I just think is amazing. I've never used this flower shop before, but it will be my go to now going forward. Customer service is just amazing here. Thank you for making me feel comfortable during a phone call I was actually nervous to make.Maggie

I was so surprised to receive a bouquet of flowers today for my wedding anniversary due to COVID restrictions. The flowers are absolutely beautiful; colours and superb quality. The colour scheme is just me and many of the flowers included coincidentally are my favourite. Thank you so much for offer this service ☺️

Excellent! Cannot praise them enough. I’ve been ordering from New York for the past four years, and they always exceed expectations. Flowers are fresh and the displays are beautiful. It really makes my grandmothers day and she’s never disappointed. The staff are also wonderful. Friendly, always helpful and go above and beyond to make customers happy.

Firstly, customer service here is brilliant; really personal and keen to give pleasure. Finding a company which takes a genuine pride in what they provide is really special; these folk clearly do. The flowers I ordered are simply gorgeous and were delivered promptly and exactly as promised - notwithstanding the challenges of Covid 19. I recommend this florist wholeheartedly; a lovely family business with real attention to detail.A week after the flowers arrived, they are still beautiful and bright - my husband just sent me a photograph; this only goes to show what peak condition the flowers must have been in when originally delivered. The individual blooms used in the arrangement are really special too, including a spectacular Wanda orchid. Frankly, I got better than I paid for. Thank you, Petals; you've done me proud. I wish all companies provided the astonishingly high-quality service you do.They've done it again: another spectacular and gorgeous bouquet was delivered to my husband this morning (02/12/2020) by Petals of Norton.
