Nova Forca

Nova Forca is more than a place to learn a variety of Effective martial arts. It’s an amazing place to socialise with like minded Friendly people whilst Training Hard with All Levels. It’s Definitely a place for everyone, from a casual interest for some self Defence and fitness, right up to High level MMA. For me Nova Forca will always be like an Extension of my family.

Nova Forca is like one big family . My kids started training about 3 years ago and have gained so much confidence and are respectful to everyone which is a testament to the way they have been taught by Ricardo ,Ramon and Rita. The adult classes are welcoming and friendly with a really nice bunch of people . Great place to train !!

They are a good place to train! Lessons are mostly quite good and personnel seemed friendly. However, unfortunately, they are trying to scam me. At the beginning, one of their employees clearly told me that before cancelling any membership, one must wait 3 three months. So after three months and a bit, my schedule changed and I could no longer attend the classes. As mentioned, the classes for the most part are good.When I canceled my direct debit, I was surprised at receiving a bill for £225. They then said, I needed a notice period of 3 months. So what happened was, one of their employees wrongfully told me I needed to be a member of minimum three months before cancelling, essentially leading me into a false contract. They are now threatening with legal action. Their staff in this respect seem unprofessional.I would therefore not recommend you come here as they are not honest about their policies.

Best MMA gym I've trained at. A family run business who made me feel very welcome from the start. Great value for money and the best coach you will find! I cannot recommend it enough.

It’s a great club with a real sense of community. There is a wide range of abilities.Everyone is really respectful and Ric is a really great instructor.If you are looking for an MMA, BJJ club I would definitely recommend!

Awesome. My two boys have been going to Nova Forca to learn Jiu Jitsu and I am so glad they do. This family run business welcomes all and teaches them to respect each other while learning a life skill. My boys now 12 and 14 love coming here. It is a skill for boys and girls and would encourage any parent to bring their child here from an early age.

Nova forca is an amazing place if your looking too begin your jiu jitsu journey or are a seasoned pro ricardo will take you through the steps regardless. His knowledge and dedication is unmatched, everyone is very welcoming facilities are amazing and very hygienic. You will not be disappointed. Osss

Nova Força is a welcoming club and gym with a family feel. The club also has exceptional instructors with the training always challenging yet rewarding. It’s no surprise people travel far and wide to train here (I travel from Clapham 3x a week) with such a great and wide variety of people at all levels to train with.I’d recommend Nova Força to children and adults alike. You’re never too young or too old to start training a martial art such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA.

My son has trained here from a very young age. We travel from kent to come here. They are so good with the young kids. They are Patient, caring but also disciplined and firm. They make the classes fun whilst learning. My son loves it here and loves and respects his instructor very much.. by far the best juijitsu school i know.
