Le Parmo Factory

A very ordinary parmo, bit on the small size for a full parmo. Pay extra for chips which wer unremarkable and paid extra for salad, salad was in a bag on top of hot parmo so it was an inedible warm sweaty mess. Don't think I'd order again.

Just had the hot one parmo wow 100% best parmo in town hits the spot even time looking forward to next time and I'll try a different one cheers

Very basic parmo. Chips were horrendous no salad didn’t get told it was an extra charge. Women on the phone was clueless defiantly not worth it for a 2 hour wait

Customer service is a non existent. Ringing a customer and shouting down the phone at them isn’t a great look for any “business”.Internet was down so online orders not working, fine, get it. To then have 2 phone calls and say it’s fine we have your card details we’ll take payment again from there.To then ringing back and start shouting their mouth off at a girl down the phone saying you need to drop cash off at the shop, top customer service.Delivery lad was spot on though.Couldn’t run a parmo in a parmo shop.
