I have been with JEM for exactly 1 year today!I had never worked in the telemarketing previously so it was all very new to me.JEM took me on and it has been a fantastic journey ever since!!The job itself has taught me so much and the fab training provided has encouraged my confidence from day one.Many of my colleagues have also been at JEM for a number of years which speaks volume for itself (no body wants to leave! :D ). The team are just so lovely and it makes for a very friendly working environment.In whole, I really enjoy my working life with JEM and may it happily continue :D

Jem conducted a customer engagement project for British Gypsum, which involved reaching out to installers in the construction industry to gain trials for a new product introduction and the resultant feedback. Not an easy project, but completed effectively and efficiently.

So firstly I have been here for a week and it’s bloody amazing! Like literally the best job I’ve had! (I also get to have tea at my desk) the people there are the best team ever, and I feel hounered to be a part of them. The thing I love about it,people appreciate me for who I am and I don’t need to pretend to be anyone around them to fit in or try and impress them. I can be me.
