I’ve tried using Kw cleaning services on 2 occasions. Firstly, the cleaners came very late after the supposed booked time with no apologies whatsoever. On the second occasion, they cancelled at the booking time with no compensation or apologies. Even when I expressed my displeasure about the service, Kelsey said “you can go find someone else then” how rude!!! I would not recommend this service to hosts . They are so unprofessional and unreliable
