Have ordered takeaway from here many times, but first time I've visited the restaurant. Food was amazing, had the vegetarian starter platter and the tofu panang curry with coconut rice. Staff were friendly, if a bit overwhelmed by how busy it was.

I’ve NEVER written a review about food but THIS absolutely blew my mind the vegetable spring rolls are the best I have ever tasted I also got the salt chilli wings & garlic pepper stir fry with chicken & prawns it was sooo beautiful honestly hats off to the chef

Really enjoyed our experience at Thai Crystal. The food was tasty and the staff were very friendly. We shared the corn cakes and dim sum to start, then we had the Tamarind Duck Stir Fry, the Garlic and Pepper Stir Fry and the Sizzling Duck dishes for main.

Busy, clean, fast, friendly service. A bit pricey but worth it. Good sized portions, but the rice was a little small. Coconut rice tasted like plain rice with coconut shavings on top. None of the rices came with garnishes which was a bit disappointing. Pudding was good, ice cream scoops we're really sweet, but Rocky was absolutely amazing!

I write this post as I couldn’t let others spend £50 on inedible food. We ordered fish cakes, dim sum and veg tempura for the starters, all were terrible and I couldn’t eat it. We also drove 20 minutes to collect it, being disappointed is an understatement. My red Thai curry was ok but not the best I’ve had. Mum ordered massaman curry which was tasteless and had whole potatoes in which looked either from a tin or just old. I’m sorry we cook daily in our house, I understand prices have gone up but there is no way the prices are justified, as the ingredients are not high quality, if they are, they are being ruined by the bad preparation. We will not be ordering again.

I had a lovely lunch with my friends after the Crystal Palace running event today. I had the 3 course meal from the set menu. Fish cakes, green curry and a bottle of sprite. My friend had grilled chicken from the normal which was tastier than my green curry. I would like to come back to try out the dishes in the normal menu as there is a better variety of dishes compared to the set menu.

A bit disappointed - I rarely leave reviews. Spoke to a lovely lady over the phone to put the order in this evening, it’s a Saturday night so I imagine they are busy. However, this is my second time ordering from here. The first time, I wasn’t overwhelmed, but decided to give them another shot tonight. This evening, I was not impressed at all. The wait time was 45mins-1hr, we were very happy to wait. However, two of the items we paid for, each roughly £7 were uncooked and inedible. I have attached photos. I tried the dim sum and I had to spit it out. The calamari is completely uncooked. We also ordered two massaman curries and an egg fried rice. These were ok - egg fried rice quite dry, massaman curry tasty, but not outstanding. We have essentially paid £47 for two average portions of curry, dry egg fried rice, and some prawn toast. I would steer clear, there are lots of better quality takeaways in the area.

Excellent Thai restaurant on the High Street, fairly close to Crystal Palace park. Service was warm and welcoming, food preparation times were quick and efficient. We ordered the drunken fried rice, mango salad, and tom yam spicy vegetable soup. Everything was beautifully prepared and very nicely presented, down to the carrot flower garnishes. The restaurant has a warm and easygoing atmosphere and is a great place to relax in a group or by yourself with a book - especially nice to sit by the window during sunset.

MICROWAVED? I think the Ribs starter had been Microwaved; meat usually sweats that way when it’s microwaved. The restaurant was busy with motorcycle drivers coming in & out for deliveries and so their kitchen was under pressure to fulfil so many orders.The food was below average, our Roast Duck starter is one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had;dry & very crunchy not crispy.The service was unfriendly (particularly a Middle aged woman there;probably the Boss) you don’t feel welcome. It’s probably best not to go there between 6-8pm because they’re too busy and so you’re just an inconvenience to them during those hours. I had to leave my table 3 times to go ask for additional drinks.Toilet was clean and had a nice fragrance to it.We spent £170 as a group of 4. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant, I think there are better options in the area.

Food wasn’t the best but it was edible. The portions are quite small. A bit overpriced for what you receive. I’ve never been to a local Thai restaurant and you have to pay extra if you want prawns in your pad Thai( I’m guessing you probably had to pay more for seasoning as it was tasteless and dripping in oil.). I’m certain I won’t be ordering from this place again. I was quite disappointed.
