Wouldnt even give it one star. Came here on a hen do, wasn’t suppose to be at this apartment but got changed over to this apartment due to a mess up of the company.Absolutely disgusting!! The shower glass door was off its hinge and resting inside the cubicle, heavy and exposed shape glass edgesThe lamps were broken, there was broken glass on the floor pushed aside. The security guard kept harassing us. No one complained in our apartment house, except the guard. He was vile and verbally abusive. Made one of my guests cry which is unacceptable. We was literally in our pjs having pizza and wine! Tried to enjoy our first night after a long 7hr journey.Rang the next morning .. hoping to move locations, everywhere was fully booked. So we asked if we could get a maintenance man come to fix the shower at least. Well surprise .. he didn’t show ! The halls were filled with rotten food and empty beer cans and rubbish. Was left the whole weekend we was staying there.Absolute joke of a place. Do not book !I could go on with more details of how pathetic the place is

We have been using these apartments for seven and a half years and they were brilliant. Onsite reception and a house cleaning team made for really great personal experience. Unexpectedly about a month ago they were taken over by Dream Apartments and the house" team were removed. Despite claiming nothing has changed

I stayed for one night last week. I had numerous issues. Firstly I received a phone call over a month ago regarding my stay... I called back but received no response so thought it wasn’t a big issue.On the day, it was past 3pm check in and I had not received a phone call to give me the code to get into the apartment. After a number of phone calls and a payment of the £200 deposit I was told that my card had been declined for the payment of the night stay (I recently changed bank accounts so this is why my card was declined) It took about an hour of phone calls for this to be acknowledged but they wasted no time in taking my deposit.After finally receiving the text an hour and a half after my initial phone call , I arrived at the apartment to find a woman in my allocated apartment who said she had two nights in that apartment! After another phone call and 2 hours of confusion, I got into a different room and was actually very happy with the apartment.However, i am incredibly disappointed with the unnecessary stress and confusion this caused me, as it felt like I was going to have to find somewhere else to stay. I would like to stay again but am hesitant as I did not receive very good customer service.

Been staying here for years on business...however,first stay since its been taken over...absolutely shocking..1st apartment they gave us had not been serviced. Moved to a smaller apartment with no toiletries and windows open which made the living room feel like an ice box. Won't be back..such a shame that standards have dropped so badly

Don’t book this. Just had a notification that they have cancelled our booking with no explanation. Booked months ago for a wedding and now too late to find an alternative. Funny how they can have a cancellation policy we need to adhere to but can just cancel our trip for no reason via booking.com.

After having the hotel booked for months leading up to an event, I was notified one week before the event to tell me our stay was cancelled due to some works over running. One weeks notice is completely unacceptable notice for works which must’ve taken weeks to carry out - There was no offer to find alternative accommodation and we have had to pay well over the odds to get anything at such short notice - terrible customer service

This place is fabulous stayed a week. Its a bit expensive but if a few of you like being at home you get a whole apartment everything you need I got a offer on line. Staff lovely. Cleaner every day. Near to metro to Newcastle or you can walk in. I was very impressed.

I've stayed here numerous times over the past year. Great apartments in an ideal location. No staff in house for the most part, but always available when needed. You have everything you could need, but please bring back sky TV!

TERRIBLE SERVICE - Notification that the apartment was not available was given over the phone when we tried to check-in at the venue. A replacement at their Quayside apartments was offered, which at that stage we had no alternative but to accept. Staff were polite but unable/unwilling to offer any explanation or compensation. Complete reversal of the services we have previously received under previous ownership at this venue. Safer to avoid now on.
