Cheap and cheerful. Clean but cold. Friendly for sure but limited range. (A choice of 1 bag of crisps for example and cheap choices like Strongbow.) There's a pool table and tends to play a music channel on the tv.

The Golden Goose is a public house very pleasant and welcoming with polite staff pool table and wide screen TV to view the biggest sporting fixtures. There is also an adjoining event space called the La Tavernetta,Which hosts special events for the local community and is also available for private hire.

The Golden Goose
This is probably the nicest pub in Oval/Camberwell. It also has a comfortable external area.The owner and staff are very friendly and so is the owner's Staffy who is occasionally there.This is a dog friendly pub as long as your dog is quiet and doesn't bark the place down.
