Russell came to my house to complete an EPC on behalf of a local estate agent. As I was also selling my late mother's bungalow in Leeds, I asked Russell to conduct an EPC there too. He arranged to visit the house the following week, completed the EPC and emailed me the report the very same evening.Excellent service. I will have no hesitation in using Russell again and can recommend him most highly.
