Salon was empty apart from one person. I went in and asked if I could make an appt. Was told no I had to book online. Tried to explain I had no Access but was told it was not possible. I asked if they were busy over next few days. I was told they did not know I had to go online. Not friendly.

I've always had a great experience and quality whenever I come here, which is about a year now.Never been a set of nails I haven't liked, and they last well over 3 weeks.Plus all the ladies are lovely and skilled so it doesn't matter if your usual tech is booked up.Also it's really convenient being able to manage the appointment online.Super recommend, I mention how good this place is every time someone comments on my nails, would never go anywhere else❤️❤️

Absolutely amazing!!! Visiting the area and thought I'd treat myself. So glad I chose Why Not - as liked some of the designs. Easy to book online and so very happy with my nails.

Mimi did my nails and honestly for the first time ever, I walked out a salon feeling completely satisfied! Mimi was so chatty and friendly, exactly what you'd expect from an expert nail technician. If you need your nails doing...this is the place to go in loughborough!
