Rush Hair Crystal Palace

Had a great experience at Rush in Crystal Palace. Patience was very professional and kind. She listened to the cut I asked for and I am very happy with the result. Highly recommend!

One day I just felt like going from long hair to below the ear. I was so lucky to be looked after by Eljona. She was so meticulous with cutting my hair and in the end my haircut looked exactly like on the picture I showed her. Very happy customer and a big thank you from me!

I had the worst experience here on Monday. I was the last client of the day and needed a service (balayage) which was longer than what I had booked (permanent colour). I apologised for my mistake and they agreed to do balayage for me as I am getting married this Sunday.The service was really rushed and I felt that the staff were angry with me the entire time. I felt bad that I didn’t realise I needed balayage but they should not have taken my appointment if they didn’t have time. I was initially happy with the colour but felt hurried out the door. When I got home I realised how terrible the colour was - I had horizontal stripes all through the right hand side of my hair and the top was very very yellow and brassy.I emailed them immediately on Monday night with photos and asked them to fit me in to rectify it ASAP. I called on Tuesday morning and went to the salon at 10am to speak to someone but no one was there and no one picked up my call. Given I’m getting married at the weekend, I had no choice but to pay somewhere else to help me.I’ve been emailing both this branch and head office (as I now want communications in writing) and no one has been in touch to even offer me a new appointment or a discount, let alone the refund to which I’m entitled. Don’t ever go here.

Very pleased with my new hair do - booked in for a full head of highlights, having not dyed my hair for a couple of years, but received 10/10 advice on going for a more natural look. I love the outcome - natural looking blonder hair, with a perfect haircut and blowdry on top. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience with Eljona at Rush Crystal Palace. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and Eljona was amazing. I had highlights and a cut and she was meticulous with each foil and snip. I was beyond satisfied with the result, I loved it! Pricing was fair and laid out beforehand. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The woman that cut my hair put horrible uneven layers in my hair. I asked to have thin wispy bangs and showed her a picture and she cut my bangs 2-3 inches far back on my head so it looked like a bowl cut on the top. I’m still growing the fringe out and have had to get several haircuts to remedy the haircut I got from this salon. When I had my hair fixed at Toni and Guy multiple hairdressers agreed that the hair was cut horribly and in an uneven manner. I contacted client care multiple times and no one ever got back to me.

It's very hit and miss depending on the stylist you get. I'd say 3/5 times i'm very satisfied. Would definitely recommend booking with one of the more experienced members of the team as they seem to have the ability to cater to your preferences as opposed to just doing the same paint by numbers job on every client.
