Here 4/9/22 at 0930.Waiting 20 min for the 2 ladies to serve myself and 2 others. Seemed to be busier sorting online order (presumably) than dealing with in store customers.Never had such a slow service in such a non busy greggs.

16:40 on a Saturday and everything taken off the shelves and put into outlet trays and No one to be seen in the store. Supposed to close at 5pm.

I would have given this a 5 for the quality of take away away food and the helpful lady that makes the rolls out the back. I've given it a 4 because of the rude moody I don't want be here" lady that works on the front till.She's always miserable and can't be bothered to make up sandwiches out the back when asked. It's always the helpful lady out the back who shouts through "no we haven't ran out! I'll make some up now"She's miserable whatever time I go there"

Oooh cant beat a Gregg's for a sausage roll and a cappuccino in the morning. Even though it's a 6.30 opening, the products are not very warm. But it doesn't stop me buying there.Seems the filings in their products are shrinking as more pastry than pasty today but still a lovely cup of coffee for the price

Less than 5% on shelving. About 8 empty trays just one vegan pasty and one vegan sausage roll on display looked like been there all day. No pizza and about 5 cakes. Very disappointed.
