From looking for our tiles, to placing an order, to having them delivered and having to call up to order more, I’ve never met such helpful, professional, kind staff, they found us exactly what we needed, had it delivered promptly for our work to be started! We had some broken tiles in a batch and they sent one of their directors to Norfolk to pick up another batch for us so we would not be delayed and to ensure they were in tact!

Excellent service and a great selection. I found all the tiles I needed here, plus they have a huge warehouse so I could take my tiles away immediately. They also give out free samples which was helpful. Would recommend.

They have good selection of tiles compared to other chain retailers and competitively priced. Unlike other places the staff are happy to give a free sample to take home. The staff go beyond their way to help you out especially Ryan and Gavin, will suggest taking the tile out to show what it will look in day light, help suggest grout colour. Best of all any left over tiles they will take back as long as they have the same batch in stock and give you your money back without charging handling fees. Very pleased with service and tiles.

Outstanding service. On this occasion they couldn't get the tiles we wanted in time but went above and beyond to find an alternative. We wouldn't go anywhere else for tiles and fitting.
