Gone downhill massively. Lads behind the counter polite and helpful but food quality is very poor. Duck used in Roast Duck Chinese style was incredibly thin and tough and served in a bland sauce. The new chips are not a patch on the old style. I ordered collection and the food was still given to me lukewarm.

this place don't deserve any stars.food don't have any taste, food is not to hot, food is not fresh.looks like was just boiled with only water. no salt, or paper.NOTHING!!!!I call the take away place they give me the owners phone number.call him and he say he is coming to my work place to SEE THE FOOD" after I just paid 36.90 pounds for this horrible food.this places that call them self a restaurant or a take away restaurant

I've been a customer for years... I've always found the food to be excellent! I miss the old traditional chip shop fare but that's down to economics and the huge cost in equipping a new shop. Very friendly welcome so give it a try!?

The new shop is bright and clean.The staff are very friendly, helpful and always welcome customers with a smile.The portions of the food are plentiful and tasty. Reasonably priced.I'm a new customer here and will definitely come back from now on.I would recommend everyone to try the food.

The portion size was unbelievable, far too much food really. (But that’s never a bad thing). The beef in black bean and chill sauce was disappointing. Very bland, neither tasted of chilli nor Black bean. The curry was very nice and the chips were real home made chips.

best chinese food i’ve had in my life! however, i’ve only been here once. amazing portion sizing, amazing packaging, taste was amazing!! price wasn’t the cheapest you can find but definitely worth it for the quality. i will be returning very soon, thank you

Happy Valley Chinese Takeaway
The special spicy beef in black bean sauce was delicious! Unfortunately, I did order the Singapore Chow Mein and received a regular Chow Mein instead. This was a bit disappointing, as I had really been looking forward to that specifically today. I understand that it must be a busy Friday though. Other than that, food was lovely and delivery driver friendly.
