Got cheesecake for my birthday and it was soggy and the chocolate on it :( I’ve worked at cake box before and we could design the cake on the day. If you can sell 6 inch cake should be able to order it! Doesn’t take long to design it as I’ve done it before! Please learn to cater to your customers! I want refund back! Cheesecake was horrible tasted like it made days ago! Please have fresh cakes on display not old ones! As o said I’ve worked for cake box so I know! Ruined my birthday!

Very tasty cakes, from what I can see the stuff they had ready to go was all pretty much the same cake but with different toppings, the slices were quite big and they tasted very nice.

Nice little cake store. Loves the variety. Love the pastries. The people are very warm and friendly. Cake is very light and airy. Doesn’t have too much sweet or too much cream. Everything is very good.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the cake I ordered for my daughters 1st birthday. Was just for a little party at home with close family. But the cake made it extra special. It was lovely and tasted great. Always get our cakes from here and it was perfect. Thanks again. And also great customer service as usual.

Love love love the cakes here. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. I bought a Fireman Sam cake topper which I was going to apply myself. When ordering my cake, I explained what I wanted to do and the member of staff said that if I brought the topper in, they would put in on for me and decorate around it. It looked amazing and I had a very happy 3yr old on his Birthday. Cannot recommend enough. THANK YOU

Very very poor customer service. Bought birthday cake from cake box in 6 Langley Green in Crawley. They charged me twice and when asked for a refund,they said its not from them.After much difficulty they refunded but not the exact amount. So will never buy cake from this shop due to poor customer service and the Management who dealt with my query.
