We sold our house last year with Paddy and co last year, and luckily also found our dream forever home with them too! From the first meeting for a valuation - We knew they were the right fit! We needed to move quickly to sell our house as we fell in love with a house that was already on the market and we needed to get viewings and offers in quickly. I couldn't recommend Paddy and co highly enough! They had our house measured, photographed and EPC survey within a few days and house online within a week, and viewings quickly arranged thereafter.The communication we had with Paddy was fantastic, he offered very helpful and sound advice and constant reassurance throughout the entire process! Lara and Thomas were also great, they provided regular updates on viewings anytime and as a team - the guys were all extremely friendly, professional and helpful!I would genuinely recommend UPS to anyone wanting to sell their home, and I would never go past them!
