Terrible system, immediately mark all orders as ready to collect, they end up piling too many and then they loose track and them claim the delay is because they're waiting on the ovens. Poorly managed and the staff on the till didn't know what they were doing or what meals they were preparing next. Nothing wrong with the food. Just terrible service and system of work.

Absolutely disgusting. I don't know how you didn't kill anyone yet!!! Smelly, raw, soggy and cold food. Why is this branch still open??? Why there's no health and safety inspections???DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! IS NOT SAFE!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Look at the photos of the pavement outside KFC 23 London Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 4JE taken this morning at 9am on 1st October 2023. KFC's neighbours are clean but not this KFC restaurant. This is the most revolting section of a pavement I have EVER seen in the UK or abroad. A complaint has been made to KFC UK and KFC USA to alert them to how fetid, vile and disease riven that pavement is, all of which is being walked into the restaurant by the customers and staff each day contaminating the restaurant itself. It has been like this for months (at least!). To the manager of this branch - get hygienic, buy an industrial sprayer (they only cost GBP 90) and clean that pavement. How can you walk over that filth each day to go to work and be satisfied with it? I am sure KFC UK / USA will be in touch with you in due course as it is an indictment on the KFC franchise as well as costing sales. Would you eat in there? Of course not and neither would I

It was a busy Thursday afternoon, and so the wait period was long..but staff seemed to be moving with as much speed and care as they could.Perhaps it needs more staff?Now I know the general trend I Europe seems to be health promotion, but Good Lordt! Where was the salt. Fries taste like I was just eating cooked potatoes lol.Where was the butter and salt for the corn?Chicken sandwich was the redeemer.Overall I think the issue here was a UK KFC taste profile and not so much the location.Come to the Caribbean for good KFC!!

Ordering on rhe App from this restaurant is appalling, they never get the order right, something is always missing or wrong. Ordered boneless box meals, 1 fillet salad box, regular mash and large and regular popcorn chicken. 1 of the box meals was wrong, no popcorn chicken in it and gravy instead of beans, a fillet tower burger instead of the salad, no regular popcorn chicken and no mash. Need to get proper staff who check orders before they go out

Had a tower zinger meal. Was not impressed with it. The burger itself was good but I only had about 10fries and the coke was warm. Won't be going back

Terrible customer service. I went yesterday to enjoy a meal around 12:00 and yet wasn't busy at all ,cashier took my order and didn't even great me or saying thank you for your order with us. It was one lady in a different type of shirt she was walking around ,looking at her staff in a rude way

Where do I start, food mediocre at best, chicken fillet had a very odd texture, clearly a frozen product, frys were under cooked and cold, tables from previous customers not cleared, lots of staff doing very little, tried to complain but staff were too busy" to help

Food is not the best quality compared to what you can cook yourself, but it's decent. Waiting time is bad at busy hours but I understand it's because of not enough staff. Overall they need a bit of interior design change and install automatic doors. In winter it's too cold inside especially after delivery drivers walk in and don't close the door.
