Decent quality food, albeit on the (very) pricey side.(Sausage rolls seems to have taken a huge dip in quality too...massive...but I digress...)Service however can vary. Usually very good to great, at times, awful.Popped in today (3rd July 2021) for some tasty savouries. The two individuals behind the counter were having a chat. Fair enough, I stood there, waiting, wishing to be polite and not wanting to interrupt them, but also hopeful that they would pause their chat and serve a customer.Alas...no...The chat continues, first right behind the counter (while I'm eyeing up the tasty goodness I planned on buying) then both indviduals walk off to the side / back area to continue it further!!!Finally, one emerges and asks what I would like.At this point, what I wanted to say was 'Oh, convenient is it? I'd hate to be a nuisance for you.', or some other quip about customer service. Instead, I just sort of mumbled 'sorry, actually there's nothing I want, sorry' and left.This isn't the first time I have found the service to be lacking, albeit never to this extent.It is, however, the last time I will ever experience such service from there, as I will never return, and will encourage those I know to do the same.
