I don't understand the program! Said: 8:30 to 1:30 , 1:30 to 18:00. Does anyone understand something?! What is this program?! Basically, they have a break from at 13:30 to 13:30?! :)))) am calling at 12 and nobody answer, 12:30, close, 13:00, still close, 13:30, guess what? Close. I hope NSH to go private!

Hung the phone up because I wanted to tell a doctor what was wrong and not the receptionist, WHICH IS MY LEGAL RIGHT TO POLITELY DECLINE.Extremely poor quality service for a GP.Complete lack of empathy and little to no care about the duty of care they are responsible for from nearly all of the staff in this practice.

The reception was very rude and abusive for no reason as i tried to make an appointment just because i wanted privacy and confidentiality between me and the medical professional. She told me to go private if i don't like it, i have a right to the NHS and to see a doctor but she made me feel like i didn't have the right and tried to bully me away from the surgery.

For almost a year I have been suffering with pains that are still going undiagnosed.I had blood tests back in November and came back clear, and struggled to go any further for a solution.I have done econsults and spoken to doctors on the phone who tried to diagnose me with fibromyalgia without even seeing me or checking my joints/ referring me. They are really really stubborn when it comes to referrals, and I'm desperate for one so I can find the solution. I even went to a and e where the doctor actually checked me and said I NEED to be referred and to push for a referral. Ive done econsults about my mental health and all I got was a text with a medication prescription. Again, no one wanting to call/ talk, just a text.I have put in a formal complaint and still waiting to hear back. I NEED a referral. Being told it 'may be fibromyalgia' is not good enough. I am 24, in pain every day, struggling to work and stay sane.

I feel very lucky to be registered with this GP practice. I receive excellent care and advice from the doctors, nurses and other staff.

I wonder why they have a telephone number for , always busy! This are the worst services that I ever have encountered in my life , and if you want to get a appointment they are very disrespectful and wen you do you go there some nurses treat you with no dignity or empathy , the nhs are claiming being the best , I just don’t know where , maybe because I’m a foreign person I don’t deserve the same treatment as normal person

Used to be able to get an appointment no problem. Then this morning after calling for an appointment to see the dr for a really bad chest infection, the one nurse said that unless i get worse they wont see me.

Went to surgery today to register and ask for a GP appoint. One the receptionist started to talk from across the room asking personal questions and making judgements whether I can see a GP, like she was a clinician, making. Very rude and aggressive behaviour
