Very poor overall experience and ended up wasting my time. I dealt with several estate agents before and sadly this was definitely the worst experience I had. It was very difficult to get any information from them, they didn't listen and it felt like all that matters is their commission. I actually found one of their agents quite rude.In response to the comment left by the agency:It's always easier to say that a review isn't genuine if it's negative. I assure you that this review is a true reflection of your customer service.

Horrendous experience. Bought a house from Colin Graham Residential and after waiting months to complete on the house they threatened to convince the seller to put it back on the market for more money. When I collected the keys, they didn't even check who I was and had left them in a marked envelope lying on a table at their front door, anybody could have lifted them.Further to your reply , I completed on the house last June. I'm happy to share the phone conversation where one of your staff said they were planning to talk to the sellers to convince them to relist the property for a higher price just over 1 month before it completed.

Got the house sold so no issues with that though a blind dead man could have sold a house in that market. Once agreed was pushing us to complete. Basically siding with the buyer, need to realise who’s paying them a lot of money to quite frankly do nothing.Rather than invoice me they invoiced my solicitor which was more than agreed. Luckily my solicitor rang me about it.Unfortunately I would imagine most EAs are the same

I have just sold my home through Colin Graham and honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. I initially contacted a few estate agents but David, Colin, Sarah and Andrea and the team were all so friendly, punctual and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process with regular updates at every stage. They really helped in making a stressful time as stress-free as possible.10/10 would recommend!
