Took the car in for 4 tyres, nothing wrong with the tyres they just didn't bother to balance the wheels, got to 50mph thought the steering wheel was going to come off, rang them and they said id have to drop the car off and they'd take it to another tyre depot as their balancing machine wasn't working, strange coincidence tha

Just want to say andy is amazing and is great at his job friendly and will always answer anything you want to know andy and his team have sorted out our vans plenty of times now and never had a issue and its always quick and efficient all i can say is andy is a top guy and i would advise anyone to use halfords on great union street hull got to say halfords have a great man in charge of this autocentre highly recommend

Very helpful and professional. Dropped in without an appointment when my window wouldn’t close and I had a 3 hour drive to complete. The chaps were really helpful - located the problem and arranged a temporary solution to enable us to drive home. The manager seemed very knowledgeable, organised and polite. Thanks ever so much!

No professionalism at all. I had my tires replaced and during the replacement they damaged my rim.I will add that all my rims are in perfect condition and have no scratches until last Friday
