Drighlington Properties

As we were moving from France back to the UK we came over for a couple of weeks to find a place to rent. We had arranged viewings with several agencies before arriving in the UK and liked the property we viewed second, which was with Drighlington Properties. We explained our situation and the tight time schedule for us to return to France, arrange furniture removals etc. and they couldn't have been more helpful. We had all the paperwork signed sealed and delivered in one week and we received the keys just 9 days after our viewing-excellent service!. Since moving in to our new home we have been more than satisfied with the service we have received. Nothing is too much trouble and any questions are answered either immediately or, if the landlord needs to be consulted, within 24 hours. We would definitely recommend Drighlington Properties for their professional, friendly and excellent service.

We've had a couple of houses through Drighlington properties. Always found them efficient, quick to respond and lovely to deal with. They always return calls and emails. Stephanie and the team are really friendly and genuinely care about doing a good and professional job. They pulled all the stops out to get things rolling in a really tight timeframe so we could move before Christmas.I work in property and I'm 5 starring another company in a similar field, so that says something!Credit where credit is due. Highly recommend them.

Can't fault these at all. Sold a house with them in Drighlington and they made the whole process easy. Rachel came to see the property and valued it well and was excited to sell the property knowing it had potential. They did many viewings on the house as it was a doer upper and kept going with the viewings and put no pressure on us to reduce. When it sold the communication throughout was excellent. All the staff are great and rather funny I had a laugh with them all. Would use a gain to buy or sell.

Where do I even start with this wonderful company?Steph and the team are all absolutely brilliant. From the very first meeting with Steph when she valued our house, through all the usual stressful moments moving house entails right through to completion, we can not fault them.Whenever I needed to speak to somebody you can guarantee they answer the phone and/or return your call immediately. They genuinely do care about their customers and that shows throughout the entire process.Darren, the photographer, also spent a great deal of time trying to capture accurate photographs which showed a true reflection of our house. We felt this was so important.I will never use another estate agent to sell our house and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else but Drighlington Properties. They are undoubtedly the best Estate Agents I’ve ever dealt with.A great big thank you to Steph and the team. You all do an amazing job and make a stressful experience much less stressful.

I cannot thank Steph and Joanne enough for their assistance. From the beginning, Steph provided clear and realistic advice. A professional photographer was used to present the house in its best light. When the house went up for sale it was promoted regularly through Rightmove/their website and through social media. As the house went up for sale in winter, perhaps the garden wasn't presented in its best light and when summer came round, they were more than happy to return to the property to take updated photographs. Their knowledge and experience ensured a quick and easy process once we accepted the offer. A few issues arose throughout the process which could have delayed or even resulted in losing the sale, however their solutions to the problems and assistance in getting the issues sorted was invaluable. Regular updates were provided and they were more than accommodating in assisting with viewings when I wasn't available. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Steph and the team have recently helped me sell a property. From beginning to end it was a pleasure to deal with such friendly, knowledgeable and professional people. Can't recommended this talented team highly enough:-) They really know their market and valuations are fair and realistic.Also the only estate agents I've ever dealt with who make you feel they're really on your side!! Stephanie and Gail kept in constant contact and their support and positiveness was invaluable. Forced to live in a building site for months, all my stuff covered in dust, a shower that had 20 seconds of hot water, £350 cleaning bill as a leaving present. Worst experience of my life.

I have just sold two properties through Drighlington properties, both properties were an hour away from where I live, which could have been an issue, however, DP went above and way beyond what we expected from them, nothing was too much trouble, communication was exceptional and their advice was always good and appreciated. I would absolutely recommend.
