Patrick and the young lady are very helpful and knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time helping us and was very patient. All round excellent service. Good variety of tiles and some excellent demonstrations.

Bought a few sets of tiles around Cardiff, but this shop is by far the worst. Bought a set of tiles at Original Style Cardiff 6 weeks ago and was told by the staff they will arrive in 5 weeks. Today I shown up asking for the ordered tiles just to be told that they are no longer produced. Nobody even cared to inform me about it and now I have to postpone my refurbishment project to get a new set from somewhere else. Sheer incompetence. Don't waste your time and money on this shop.

A gorgeous, light and airy showroom with a vast range of tiles from tiny mosaics to huge 1200 x 600 showstoppers and everything in-between.It's a family started business and that ethos is felt when talking to the staff who were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.We spoke to Mike at length and he is an absolute credit to company.The only problem we now have is whether to go chic and elegant or full mermaid unicorn!!!

The showroom was smart with excellent displays. They carry a stunning range of tiles well worth seeing in person rather than just online.Staff are welcoming but happy to let you browse if you want.I followed up my visit later with a couple of enquiries which were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. When I did place an order over the phone I received excellent customer service from Lewis.

What a lovely shopping experience at Original Style Tile. After shopping for tiles with no luck, ideas or help we paid a visit to this showroom. It has a lovely layout and good selection but after Negar's expert help, imagination and style we had a whole ensuite fully tiled in minutes. She knew which tiles went together and came up with great suggestions once we gave her our initial ideas. Everything we needed to complete our tiling project was available and once ordered will be ready next week... result! Well worth a trip if you're looking for tiles.

This shop is amazing ! Beautiful tiles at amazing prices I was absolutely blown away ! Their service is second to none , so helpful , the manager was so helpful and obliging and the sales person Nelar was so patient and happy and nothing was too much trouble ! Don’t hesitate to shop here if you are looking for beautiful tiles ! Looks so upmarket and it is but with excellent prices you won’t be disappointed !!! Very professionalService .
