Ordered exactly what I needed online, ready within an hour. Two minutes in store then back home.The only down point is that there's not a lot of things to browse, but then you can spend ages looking online or with the catalogue.

Click and forget not click and collect! Ordered through the app then registered as having arrived and still had to wait for 35 minutes for a member of staff to bother to go get it!

Despite the current situation the queuing and collecting system works well. When items are available (which normally they are) it is fairly effortless prices to collect. The only improvement required is the opening hours to public...a word of advice is to check the stores opening hours before you set off to collect.

Wonderful staff who are very Covid aware, helpful and patient. Disabled parking directly outside the door next to an assistance bell. Very short and steep ramps which are unusable by manual wheelchair operators. Who needs ramps with staff this attentive? Recommended!

Store manager (I didn't catch her name) is excellent. Suggested several items which worked out very well at short notice and this was late pm a Friday night! Very helpful and lots of stock.
