I never had bubble tea before a girl called Emily was so informative, suggested which flavours work together which don't. What would be too sweet etc she exceeded my expectations her customer service was amazing.

the tapioca is very nice, super soft and warm but still held its shape and tasted so amazing i honestly have never had such a good tasting drink ever and its really filling, hot drinks to warm you up in the winter and fruit teas for summer with super tasty toppings like jelly and popping balls. the tea tastes well made and there are so many flavours all served by such kind staff who are so sweet and genuine. love it and is a must try for anyone whether they like boba or not

Very nice place and friendly service every time i ordered, with a lot of different options and varieties! Delicious drinks that are made to your taste. Also, Nicole was really nice when serving us, explained everything really well.

Despite being out of tapioca pearls, still hundreds of options to choose from. Went for honeydew milk tea with oat milk and coconut jelly and you can customise the ice and the sweetness level. Great location just by the entrance. Bright colours and fun tastes, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Reasonably priced. Located on the ground floor of the grosvenor centre (the other side from boots). Was a bit skeptical at first because the little bubbles kind of look like frog spawn, but gave it a try with the kids.We chose the mango and lychee flavours, happily surprised when biting into the bubbles they have a flavour inside of them which was really entertaining for the kids.A little watch out, we got the less sugary one and it was still super sweet, so next time we are going for the no sugar option.Would totally treat them to it again.

I will probably be remembered as the tall guy who called the bubbles fish eyes, but I can honestly say I had a new experience today and the girls smiles and warmth was very welcoming.They allowed me to taste test, which I thought was brilliant, although I still chose the wrong combination, however they did offer me another option, but I don't like to waste things, so I opted to keep it.I will be back to try another flavor next time I pass ;-) .

Really good experience! We went there at around 4.30 and lady who was taking the orders kindly wrote our names on the cup as per our request and improvised by adding hearts to it! It was very busy as well but the orders came out quick. They were out of Tapioca but it’s understandable as we went near closing time.Nice service. Will recommend!
