Charlotte is an amazing trainer. She doesn't skirt around issues but gently supported us to resolve many of the issues we had with our, still slightly quirky, pup. I love that she doesn't charge for a block of sessions but just charges for the minimum you need to resolve your issue. Can't fault her :)

We have been having Charlotte’s help now for a couple of months to help with my dogs issues. We first had a consultation with Charlotte and explained all of my dog’s difficulties, in which Charlotte explained why my dog is reacting in this type of way. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and gave loads of advice and information, After Coming away from the consultation made us feel very positive that Charlotte will be able to help my dog in many ways. After having just two sessions with Charlotte I have learned so much and can’t wait to carry on with these.Charlotte is great with my dog.

Charlotte is an absolute marvel. We found Charlotte when our anxious yellow Labrador was struggling to get over having a fright and didn't want to go on walks anymore. Charlotte's kind, calm and patient manner got our girl out and walking from the first session. Her knowledge and understanding of the science and psychology means that it's obvious that she really knows what she's talking about and she doesn't just help the dog, she's helped to nurture as as owners to rebuild our confidence.I'm so pleased that she's now taken on our girl for walks twice a week and Charlotte is one of our dog's favourite humans.It's not overly dramatic to say I'm not sure what would have happened had I not contacted Charlotte and got her behavioural expertise. She is the reason that we're back enjoying every moment of having a dog.

I can’t recommend Charlotte highly enough. From the moment we met her I felt at ease and in good hands.Charlotte has been helping us with our very spoilt french bulldog who is getting ready for his human sister to arrive in November. After just the first consultation we came away with such an in depth understanding of his behaviour and how we needed to manage it moving forward. At all times it’s been clear that the happiness of both our little Frenchie and us was at the forefront of the training provided.We have had a few sessions now and the difference is incredible. We both feel empowered and confident with the skills Charlotte has taught us. I never once felt judged and feel fully supported by Charlotte who I know will always be at the other end of the phone should we need some advice or to book further sessions.Thank you so much Charlotte for helping us and continuing to help us through a massive change in our lives. You’ve made it feel a lot less scary and we will always be grateful!This lady knows her stuff!

Charlotte is fantastic. We had a consultation with Charlotte for our nervous dog who was struggling with walks. Charlotte assessed her thoroughly and explained her behaviour to us with lots of exercises and tips we could do ourselves at home. Having the better understanding on our dog’s behaviour has allowed us to work on her confidence & enjoyment of walks. Charlotte showed a wealth of knowledge in her expertise and most importantly, was brilliant with our dog!!

Absolutely thrilled with the care my Pixie got from Animal Instinct! Very reliable and nothing I asked was a problem! It’s my first time getting a cat sitter and I’m extremely pleased with the service Pixie and I got. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charlotte was absolutely awesome with my reactive pup. We worked on a few issues simultaneously and she gave real insight and explanation what we needed to do and why. After using other trainers without success, Charlotte was able to put real solutions in place, some having a fairly instant success too!! I would not hesitate in recommending Charlotte or using her again if needed

Charlotte has been absolutely wonderful with our dog, who had many behaviour issues! Safe to say, he’s like a different dog now & we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend

Charlotte is fantastic. She has supported our family so much, both with dog walking and helping us with our dogs behaviour. As owners of a nervous dog Charlotte has taken us on walks, showed us how to positively welcome people into our home and has allowed us to call her later in to the evening to ask for advice. She has honestly made having a nervous dog less stressful and taught us how to love him for him. Charlotte is a trust worthy person and we can relax knowing that our dog is safe whilst on his walks with her. She also sends us photos and updates after the walks which is lovely to see. I couldn’t recommend Charlotte enough!
